Whether you want to get better at public speaking, use your imagination, connect with others, or just try something completely different, this class is for you.

- Listen actively and respond in the moment
- Build on other people’s ideas (the art of “yes, and”)

No experience necessary, all levels welcome.

Location
Classes are offered through the Manhattan Beach Recreation Department, and there are new sessions every quarter at the Joslyn Community Center. Sign up through the Manhattan Beach Recreation Center (see sessions below).

Winter Sessions
There are four improv sessions per year, held at Joslyn Center in Manhattan Beach. For the winter session, registration opens on December 7 for Manhattan Beach residents, and on December14 for non-residents. When signing up, search by class number or by the keyword “improv.” We’ll update this section again as soon as information about the spring session becomes available.
